KABUL, Afghanistan (Feb. 10, 2014) — Two International Security Assistance Force contracted-civilians died as the result of a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device attack in eastern Afghanistan today.

It is ISAF policy to defer casualty identification procedures to the relevant national authorities.
