KABUL, Afghanistan (Oct. 29, 2011) — Two International Security Assistance Force service members were killed today in southern Afghanistan when an individual wearing an Afghan National Army uniform apparently turned his weapon on Afghan and coalition forces.

The shooter was also killed during this incident.

It is ISAF policy to defer casualty identification procedures to the relevant national authorities. For additional information contact the Ministry of Defense.
