 KABUL, Afghanistan (Feb. 19) - An ISAF servicemember died as a result of an IED strike in southern Afghanistan today. This casualty is not associated with Operation Moshtarak.

It is ISAF policy to defer identification procedures for casualties to the relevant national authorities.
